Sunset Piano Privacy Policy
Summary
Sunset Piano is a single-player musical instrument that runs entirely on your headset. It has no accounts, no online features, no chat, no advertising and no analytics. We do not collect, receive or sell any personal information.
1. Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, voice or payment details, and it does not send any information about you or your playing to us or to anyone else.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves a small number of settings on your headset: your preferred keyboard height, whether note names are shown on the keys, your music and sky choices, and any phrase you have recorded with the looper. This data stays on the headset, is never transmitted, and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Hand tracking
Sunset Piano uses the headset's hand tracking so you can play with your fingers. The hand positions are provided by the headset to the app while it is running, are used only to move the on-screen hands and press the keys, and are never recorded, stored or transmitted.
4. How we use information
We do not use, process or profile any personal information, because none is collected. The settings described in section 2 are used only to restore your own preferences the next time you play.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent or disclose any information to anyone. There are no third-party SDKs, advertising networks, trackers or analytics services in the app.
6. Data retention
We retain nothing, because we receive nothing. The settings stored on your device remain there until you delete them or uninstall the app.
7. Children
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
8. Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or erase. Uninstalling the app removes everything it has stored on your headset.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
