Harbour General, 4 West. Eight nights, four patients, one nurse: you. Feel a pulse through the controller, listen to lungs, draw up doses, place a cannula, program a pump and do real CPR when a heart stops.

What's in the game

Your hands do all of it

Take a wrist and count the pulse you feel through the controller, pump a cuff, rest a stethoscope on a chest, find a vein and key in the pump rate yourself.

The same four people

Mr. Ellis, Mrs. Kowalski, Mr. Reyes and Mrs. Nakamura are yours for all eight nights, and they need you to notice when something changes.

Eight nights

A sliding scale, a red allergy band, a new cannula, fluid on the lungs, sepsis, a code blue with real compressions, three bells at once, and a hand to hold until dawn.

A simulator, not an arcade

No points on screen and no pop-ups. Each night ends with a handover card. Practice mode lets you repeat any skill with no clock and no grade.
