God Mode Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026. Applies to the God Mode application for Meta Quest, developed and published by Citiview Studios.

Summary

God Mode does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. The app has no account system, no analytics, no advertising and no online features. Everything happens on your headset.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect personal information of any kind. God Mode does not ask for, read or store your name, email address, contacts, location, voice, images, or any identifier from your device or your Meta account.

2. Information stored on your device

The app saves your island locally on your headset, in the standard application data folder: the shape of the land, the village, its people and their progress, plus your music setting. This data never leaves the device. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

3. Hand tracking

If you play with hand tracking instead of controllers, the Meta Quest platform provides the position of your hands to the app so that it can show them and read a pinch or a fist. The app does not record, store or transmit hand data; it is used only in the moment to control the game.

4. How information is used

The locally stored data is used only to remember your settings the next time you play. It is not used for profiling, advertising or any other purpose.

5. Sharing

We do not share any data with anyone. No data is sent to Citiview Studios, to Meta beyond what the Meta Quest platform itself handles under Meta's own privacy policy, or to any third party. The app makes no network connections of its own.

6. Retention

Your settings are retained on your headset until you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. Because we never receive any data, we retain nothing.

7. Children

God Mode does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children. There is no user-generated content shared with others, no chat and no online interaction. The villagers are computer-controlled characters, not other players.

8. Permissions

The app requests only the permissions the Meta Quest platform requires to run a virtual reality application: head and controller tracking, and optional hand tracking. It does not request microphone, camera, location, storage or eye tracking. The build includes the standard internet and local-network permissions that the Unity engine declares, but the app makes no network connections of its own.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
