Flight Simulator Privacy Policy
Summary
Flight Simulator is a single-player VR flight simulator. It has no online features, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics. It does not collect, transmit or share any personal information.
1. Information we collect
None. The app does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, voice or payment details, and it makes no network connections.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves your settings and progress on your headset only: the aircraft you chose, the time of day, the pitch-invert setting, the stars and best scores for each flight, and the landmarks you have discovered. This data never leaves the device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
3. Permissions
The app package includes the internet permission, which the Unity engine adds to every build. Flight Simulator does not use it: the game makes no connections and sends nothing anywhere. It does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or eye tracking.
4. Sharing
We do not share data with anyone, because we hold none. Purchases and platform features are handled by Meta under Meta's own privacy policy.
5. Retention
We retain no data, because none is collected or sent to us. The progress the app saves on your headset is kept only there, for as long as the app is installed, and is removed when you uninstall it.
6. Children
The app has no chat, no user-generated content and no online play. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
